Web Upload

The simplest way to add audio to Veronese is to upload a file from your browser.

How to upload

1. Open a Series on your dashboard.
2. Click New Episode → Upload file.
3. Drag and drop your file, or click to browse.
4. Assign the episode to a Series (pre-selected if you started inside one).
5. Click Submit — ingestion starts immediately.

Supported formats

Any audio or video format FFmpeg can decode. Common formats:

• Audio: MP3, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, WAV, AIFF, OPUS
• Video (audio extracted): MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV

What happens after upload

Veronese stores your file, then:

1. Normalizes the audio with FFmpeg
2. Probes the duration with ffprobe
3. Checks your credit balance (≥ 300 seconds required)
4. Queues the transcription job

You can leave the page — the job runs in the background and you’ll receive an email when the transcript is ready.
